General Forum Rules
A1. Respect other people's views and do not be rude or offensive to anyone - Everyone has different views on different topics, respect their views and never be rude or offensive to anybody else.
A2. Do not bully other forum members - We will not tolerate any form of bullying on iHaxx. This includes name calling and threats both on threads, reputation comments and via PM. We have the ability and the right to read any personal message sent on the forum but we will do this with care. By using our Personal Messaging system you give us the right to check your personal messages if we feel it's necessary. Depending on how serious we think the matter is we may report it to the relevant authorities.
A3. Do not name anybody for scamming or hacking - Because we don't want innocent people being accused of illegal activities, we don't allow accusing others at all. This means it's also NOT allowed to accuse iHaxx Staff of abusing their powers or anything else. Also posting any images of people is NOT proof of them doing anything wrong as it could be an alteration. Even if you do have proof and know its 100% real, it is still not allowed to mention that the person has scammed/hacked etc as this starts arguments.
A4. Do not post private messages, staff threads/posts or quote private conversations or comments made with the User Reputation system - It is not allowed to show Private Messages without the senders permission either in a Post or in another Private Message. Also it is not allowed to quote anybody from a private conversation or a thread/post not viewable by the public, for example in a Private Message or in a private forum, without the author's permission. This means it is also not allowed to show comments made by others using the User Reputation system, for example in your signature.
A5. Do not give out any or ask for any (personal) details about somebody else - It is not allowed to tell any details about somebody else, like somebody's age, location, or there name to another member that somebody uses, or anything else, unless you have the person's permission. It is not allowed to ask for phone number, location or any other personal information on the forum, this is for your own safety. It is allowed though to ask in which (part of a) country somebody lives and their e-mail address.
A6. Do not post or link to obscene or inappropriate websites, images or videos - Posting (links to) videos, images or sites that contain anything obscene or inappropriate is not allowed. If you are linking to a website with swearing, you must say so in your post/thread. Porn images are allowed to be posted in the porn section of the forum.
A7. It is not allowed to encourage others to break the forum rules - Don't advertise or recommend things that are not allowed.
A8. Do not post on the forum using a different language - Posting in any language other than English is not allowed (this does not apply to coding languages in the web design forums). There are some exceptions such as "Merci", "Au revoir", "Bonjour", "Ciao" or any other well known basic words. This rule does not apply to the foreign languages forum nor VIP sub-forums.
A9. Do not post your specific address or organise meetings in real life - Organising a mass meet up in real life is not allowed. It is also not allowed to give out your specific address (street name, flat number etc).
A10. It is not allowed to talk about adult subjects like making love / sleeping with somebody or sexual details in anyway - Because this forum is meant for people of all ages, and teenagers in particular, it is NOT allowed to talk about subjects that could be not suitable for younger members. You are only allowed to use this sort of talk in the porn section of the forums.
A11. Do not be a negative factor on the forum - We welcome constructive criticism but we also strive to maintain a positive environment. Administrators, as always, will have the final say on whether a member is constantly being negative on the forums.
A12. Don't spam or flame in the shoutbox / forum - Don't spam or flame in the forums / shoutbox, You can only spam in the spam section. Flaming is strictly forbidden
Forum Posting Rules
B1. Don't post for the sake of your post count, post pointlessly or post off topic - It's always nice to have a high post count, it may seem as though people will respect you more with a higher number beside your name, but it doesn't really mean anything on these forums. We respect each of you whether you have 1 post or 1000.
B2. Multiple Posting - Multiple posting is allowed after the 15 minutes edit time has passed only if you are adding new information. Otherwise it is not allowed to double/multiple post.
B3. Do NOT comment on others breaking the Forum rules - Only Administrators and Moderators are allowed to deal with posts breaking the forum rules and only by editing the post in question. Do not post a message in which you tell another forum member they have broken the forum rules. Don't post a message in which you ask for another forum member to get banned or unbanned. If you think there has been a rule broken, click on the "Report Bad Post" icon at the top right of that post and explain the problem. If your problem is not about one particular post, you can also PM (private message) a Super Moderator with a brief description and some details of the problem (add a link if possible) then he/she will look into it.
B4. Do not ignore a Forum Moderator's warning - It is important that you take any warning seriously that a Forum Moderator or Administrator sends you by Personal Message.
B5. Do NOT give pointless reputation - There are many reasons to give good reputation points. The post may have helped you, had been well written or be a very good reply. Giving rep points to others just because its a friend or negative reputation points just because you don't like somebody will not be tolerated. Giving bad reputation points when not called for or without a reason is also not tolerated. Anybody caught doing this may get a big reduction to their rep points or worse!
B6. Do not post any advertisements for anything illegal or what would be considered inappropriate for anybody from 11 years old up wards - The forum is aimed at people aged 11 years old or over so we do not want anything to offend anybody in anyway. Adult adverts can be posted in the porn section.
B7. Do not ask for reputations points directly or indirectly - Do not make a post or a thread or send a pm asking for someone to give you reputation points. This also holds for your signature.
B8. Do not bump threads - It is not allowed to bump up a thread. Simply wait for someone to reply instead. If the thread is old, make a new thread instead. You can reply to an inactive thread as long as the last post was made less than or exactly 10 days ago.
B9. Do not make threads titles which have no relevance to the actual post - Do not make thread with titles like "see this" or "something interesting" or something similar to these. Put a title which is relevant to the thread and not something completely different.
